You can read about our services here and send us a care request. Nothing on this website creates a care agreement by itself. A care arrangement starts when we've spoken with you, assessed what's needed, and both sides have agreed what will happen.

The Health Resources articles are general information written to help families recognise when professional care might help. They are not a diagnosis and they are not a substitute for seeing a doctor or nurse about a specific person. If someone's condition is deteriorating, get medical attention rather than reading an article about it.

In an emergency

Don't use the website form for an emergency. It goes to an inbox that a person has to read. Call or WhatsApp us directly, or contact your nearest hospital.

Ambulance services are operated by our partner network, not owned or operated by Lins Medcare. We coordinate the request and connect you with an available vehicle. Availability and arrival time depend on the partner provider and on traffic and road conditions, so we can't guarantee either.

Service availability

We coordinate care for families in Agbor, Asaba, Abraka, Warri, Sapele and Ughelli. Not every service is available in every town at every moment. A care specialist will tell you what we can actually do where you are before anything is arranged.

Using this website

  • Send us real details. A wrong phone number means we can't call you back, and a care request submitted as a prank takes time away from a family that needs it.
  • Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this website or the systems behind it.
  • Don't submit automated or bulk form entries.
